Feather Hair Accessories Tutorial

Time to get into the Thanksgiving spirit! I have been wanting to do a feather hair accessory tutorial for some time now, and I thought this time of the year was appropriate to finally post it. Whenever I think of Thanksgiving and November, feathers are what comes to mind. No matter the type of feather, they all have that certain feel to them.




You will need:
-Various feathers (can be found at any craft store)
-Plastic headbands
-Bobby pins
-A good and durable glue (I used Quick Grip)

One you have the supplies, this is a very simple tutorial. To make the headband, all I did was glue the large feather to the headband. I also used glue to put together the bobby pins and peacock feathers. These hair accessories are super easy to make, and add a perfect November touch to any outfit. Especially if you need a quick accessory for for that Thanksgiving outfit!



I hope everyone has a happy Thanksgiving!! I'm not a fan of turkey, but I will definitely be eating excessive quantities of mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie!!
